Spain Postcard Illustrations
A series of illustrated postcard designs created for souvenir shops in Spain, featuring three iconic destinations: Sevilla, Málaga, and Marbella.
Each illustration was designed as a detailed city composition, combining architectural landmarks, local symbols, cultural elements, Mediterranean colors, and a warm travel atmosphere.
The main goal was to create memorable postcard designs that would feel both decorative and collectible, while also being flexible enough to adapt across different souvenir products such as tote bags, decorative plaques, and bookmarks.
Málaga
The Málaga postcard was designed around the city’s coastal character, historic architecture, Mediterranean light, and relaxed seaside lifestyle.
The composition combines architectural landmarks, the harbor, mountains, promenade, palm trees, boats, and small everyday scenes to show Málaga as both a cultural and coastal destination.
Marbella
The Marbella illustration focuses on a bright resort atmosphere, combining white architecture, palm trees, mountain views, yachts, flowers, beach elements, and elegant coastal details.
The design was created to feel sunny, luxurious, and vibrant, reflecting Marbella as a Mediterranean destination associated with leisure, travel, and seaside lifestyle.
Sevilla
The Sevilla illustration brings together the city’s architectural beauty, historic atmosphere, and expressive cultural identity. Warm colors, palm trees, orange blossoms, traditional details, and decorative landmarks create a rich and festive composition.
The design reflects the feeling of walking through Sevilla — elegant, vibrant, sunny, and full of history.
Illustration Details
Each postcard includes a variety of small illustrated details that help tell the story of the city: architectural elements, natural symbols, local characters, transportation, boats, flowers, palm trees, and decorative city scenes.
These details make the illustrations visually rich and allow viewers to discover something new when looking closer.
Adaptation for Souvenir Products
Beyond the postcard format, each design was adapted for a range of souvenir products, including tote bags, decorative plaques, and bookmarks.
The illustrations were created with flexibility in mind, so the same artwork could work across different print formats while keeping the visual identity of each city recognizable and consistent.
