Instagram Challenges for Illustrators
Joining Instagram Challenges can benefit you in many ways as an illustrator! First, it’s a great way to practice and improve your artistic skills. By challenging yourself to create something new every day, you’ll be able to really unleash your creativity. You’ll also see how other artists approach the same subject matter, which can offer you fresh perspectives and ideas.
In addition, such challenges will help you strengthen your online presence. Every piece of work you post is a chance to attract new subscribers and engage with your existing audience. The more active you are, the more attention you’ll get!
And don’t forget about the community. Instagram Challenges are an opportunity to meet and interact with other illustrators from all over the world. You can share tips, feedback, and even work on projects together.
In short, participating in Instagram Challenges will help you grow as an artist, increase your visibility online, and become part of a supportive community. So why not give it a try?

How to be visible on Instagram?
You need to do 2 things on Instagram for the author of the challenge to notice you and feature you in their stories:
1. Post your work and use the author’s mark with hashtag
2. Share stories with your post and use the author’s mark with hashtag. This is a must! This will increase the chances that you will be seen many times over.
Instagram Challenges are a great way to improve your skills, promote your work and join the illustrator community. I’ve tested it on my experience: participating in it really helped me to improve my work and enrich my portfolio. My gratitude to the illustrators and organizations that host the Challenges! One day I’m going to do my own challenge!
